Cake Retail Brand. Prime West AKL Mall Location!

Rare chance to own a kiosk under a well-established national cake brand. An established kiosk in a busy West Auckland shopping centre is now available. More kiosks in other Auckland locations will be released soon. Register your interest now to hear about them first.

Licensed, not franchised: The business runs under a licence agreement with the brand owner. You get brand support without the franchise structure.

Retail at its simplest: The brand supplies all products, including ready-made cakes, made-to-order items and custom creations. There’s no baking, no production and no early starts. The kiosk trades standard mall hours, so it’s easy to run and your evenings stay free. You simply sell ready-made goods. It suits first-time buyers and experienced operators alike.

The opportunity: The kiosk sits in a high-foot-traffic spot and has built a loyal customer base in the mall. Sales are growing steadily on the back of the brand’s reputation, product quality and strong customer service. The new owner also takes over online delivery orders for the licensed area.

Room to grow: The kiosk is currently under management, so a hands-on owner-operator has clear upside. You can grow further by adding new product lines and pushing online delivery harder, bringing in more revenue beyond mall foot traffic. Full training, support and supply chain are in place.

More kiosks coming soon: Further sites under the same brand will be offered to buyers who express interest. Get in early if you’d like more than one location.

ASKING PRICE: $125,000 + stock (approx. $2,500)
