Havelock North, Hawkes Bay
Proven Mexican Franchise | Hawke’s Bay CBD
A proven brand, a simple operating model and genuine room to grow. This well-established Mexican quick-service restaurant sits on a prime high street in the heart of a Hawke’s Bay city centre.Weekly sales of $11,300 inc GST, with an average 2 year surplus to a working owner of $150,000.Backed by an international franchise network of 350+ restaurants, the business enjoys strong in-store sales and a loyal local following. Owned since 2021, it has grown year on year through some of hospitality’s toughest conditions.
Operations are straightforward, so a new owner can step in, learn the system and focus on service, labour and food control. A great first step into hospitality, or a smart addition to an existing portfolio. Why it works:
• Trades seven days, 11am to 8:30pm
• Strongest at lunch, with a solid dinner service
• 28 seats inside and out, with disabled access
• No complex in-store cooking, with products supplied ready for prep and service
• Small, manageable team
• Franchisor systems, training and support
• Franchise and lease both run to October 2029, with a six-year lease renewal right
• No equipment leases or loans
Room to grow:
Longer trading hours, stronger upselling, better delivery performance, franchisor promotions and local marketing.
A hands-on owner can build on solid foundations without changing the core model.
Ideal for a first-time buyer, owner-operator or existing operator. The owner is moving on, so this is a genuine sale.Asking $349,000 plus stock
